  Had the pleasure of working with Jay to upgrade my home audio system.  He was really easy to work with and very transparent with costs.   He worked out a few different option for me to choose from and was very knowledgeable on the different system and what they offered. The guys that installed the new system were very good as well.

  Service was good. Arrived for a stereo installation and it went as expected. The work was complete the same day and the final price was better than what I was quoted from a few other shops.  All in all no complaints.

  I purchased a car starter from Audio Warehouse and the entire interaction with them was so pleasant. The receptionist who answered the phone was so friendly and she provided me answers to the questions regarding the starter I wanted installed. I was booked in promptly for an appointment and the technician who installed the starter did it quickly and provided me with reassurance to contact them if I had any questions or if any issues were to arise.   I have been purchasing all of my home audio and video equipment from these guys for 20yrs now. I will not go anywhere else! I use to deal with Don and Ron when I first started purchasing my equipment. Recently been dealing with Kevin and James! I cannot say enough good things from the quality of the product that they carry to the installation and the customer service after installation. Just all and all fantastic people to deal with! Highly recommend using them!
