T1

Audiophile Design Pushed to a New Affordable Level
The stylish CNC-machined wooden plinth features no plastic parts and is carefully manufactured to ensure there are no hollow spaces inside, therefore avoiding unwanted vibrations within the chassis. Carrying this philosophy through the design, the glass platter is also a heavy, zero-resonance design – again avoiding the flaws of plastic or lightweight steel alternatives.
No Corners Cut. More Sound.
The T1 tonearm is a new model, based on previous Pro-Ject designs. It is now a complete one-piece design, entirely made out of aluminium! Together with the low friction bearings, this guarantees absolute accuracy in use. The integrated headshell won‘t cause any additional vibrations either, and is a big improvement over other detachable, screwed-on or glued-on headshells! The belt driven motor is attached to a newly designed sub-platter, which is mounted into an ultra-precise 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened stainless steel axle and brass bushing. Alongside the electronically controlled motor system, the T1 is therefore able to ensure a smooth, anti-resonant rotational platform for the tonearm and cartridge to ride across.
Elliptical stylus for detailed response
Supplied with an Ortofon OM 5E Moving Magnet cartridge, featuring an elliptical diamond stylus tip; this is a true hi-fi playback system with no corners cut.
Semi-balanced phono cable
The T1 comes with our super shielded, semi-symmetrical, low-capacitance phono cables, purpose-designed by Pro-Ject specifically for turntables – not off-the shelf RCA cables.
A new affordable marvel
Made in Europe by a turntable factory with decades of experience, it is a true hi-fi turntable that looks and sounds sublime.
Our T1 is the first T-Line turntable, aiming to deliver true high-fidelity sound on a limited budget. Boasting premium materials, stylish aesthetics and a rich, lively sound, the extensive development process has ensured that there has been no compromise in the sound performance when achieving such an affordable price.

Automat A1

The A1 introduces our completely new Automat Line. We have always had one purpose since our establishment in 1991: bring HiFi Stereo music enjoyment to as many people as possible. We are very happy to expand our product catalog with a fully automatic entry-level turntable and create new opportunities for future vinyl beginners and enthusiasts. The A1 is handmade in Germany by a traditional manufacture with a wealth of experience in making automatic turntables. Even the individual components are 98% made and produced in Germany. Paired with Pro-Ject technology and ideas, we set new standards in automatic turntable design. Our new A1 is your best companion to comfortably enjoy your favourite vinyls.
The A1 has a fully automatic start/stop with the automatics being completely disengaged and decoupled during the entire runtime of the record. The fully mechanical automatics are engaged when you press start and the tonearm is automatically moved to the lead in the groove of the record. Once playing, the automatics are completely taken out of the equation and do not affect the playback quality.
Detailed Response & Microdynamics
A little-known fact is that the OM series of cartridges have their developmental roots and legacy in ultra-light-mass tonearm designs. Pre-fitted and adjusted in our factory, it is the perfect partner for your A1.
Carbon fibre reinforced
The headshell is made of carbon fibre reinforced polymer which is super stable and rigid, while keeping the weight super low. The composite material results in excellent internal damping of resonances.
Heavy and avoids hollow spaces
The chassis avoids hollow spaces wherever possible, with just enough space to precision fit all the inner workings of the A1. As a result, the chassis’ heavy mass reduces unwanted resonances to a minimum.
Precision balanced aluminium
The damping ring on the inside adds weight and reduces resonances. In the last step the platter is turned and precision balanced to receive its fine edges and lowest wow and flutter deviations.
Semi-balanced RCA cable
To guarantee a perfect connection to your amp we use a high-quality phono RCA cable. Our Connect it E is a semi-balanced, low-capacitance cable, with superior shielding.
Built-in switchable preamp
If you don’t have a phono preamplifier in your current HiFi setup you will benefit of the A1s built-in one. If you want to use another phono preamp, you can easliy switch it off.
Ready for singles & LPs
No need to change the belt position. Easily change speed with the push of only a single button & listen to your favourite LPs aswell as singles.
Handmade in Germany
The A1 is fully handmade in Germany and looks back on decades of experience. Paired with Pro-Ject technology, it sets new standards in automatic turntable design.

Debut PRO

After the Debut Carbon EVO revolutionized the Debut series in 2020, the Debut PRO raises the bar even higher. We designed not only a new turntable but also a completely new cartridge. Now, for the 30th anniversary, we are again going back to our roots.
Pick it PRO
Our new Pick it PRO cartridge delivers a more lively and robust sound and convinces with its big dynamic range. The perfect combination of components is the key to achieve the great charismatic sound of the Pick it PRO.
A milestone for the next decades
The Debut PRO brings an absolutely new design to Pro-Ject turntables. The audiophile turntable is convincing in all respects – not only visually, but more importantly also in terms of sound.
The precision CNC milled parts are optically perfectly coordinated and lead the Debut PRO to its modern simple, elegant and unprecedented design. The nickel finish of all these aluminium components result in a hard, resistant surface. This process enables us to produce very high-quality and sustainable components and avoid plastics and similar materials that continue to age over time and would more importantly also degrade sound quality.
Tonearm
The tonearm bearing is a completely new design. Precision CNC’d out of a single block of aluminium, you can see all the production stages above. The last step is putting a nickel finish on it. This will increase the rigidity of the bearing, ensuring free and fluid movement of the tonearm and precise tracking without material degration in looks or function.
Deeply driven
The electronically regulated synchronous motor drives the platter and guarantees the most accurate and stable speeds. Change between them easily with the toggle switch. With the supplied round belt for 78 rpm you can also listen to your shellac records.
A New Platter
The new Debut PRO platter is a first on any Pro-Ject turntable. It features a notch for the record label and together with our Record Puck PRO (available separately) the puck’s weight will press your record tightly against the platter. The die-cast aluminium platter is reworked and precision balanced in an extra step to obtain an evenly spinning platter. It is anti-magnetic, allowing MC cartridges to work properly. Delve deep into the vast upgrade path the Debut PRO has to offer!
The anti-magnetic heavy aluminium platter has a ring made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) on the inside that helps to dampen all resonances and minimizes wow and flutter. Our seperately available Record Puck PRO provides an extra level of damping and stability, so it is the perfect add-on for the Debut PRO.
Azimuth & VTA Adjustment
The newly designed tonearm base allows you to adjust both the azimuth and the vertical tracking angle (VTA). The tonearm height can be continuously adjusted by loosening the two grub screws. These settings give you the option of adapting the tonearm to height changes allowing the use of different turntable mats or other cartridges to always achieve the best sound quality. Setting and experimenting with the VTA & Azimuth is crucial in extracting every last bit of performance out of your cartridges.
